Hummus
Drain garbonzo beans in colander and rinse well with water. Place beans in pot, cover with cold water and bring to a boil. Boil for 8 minutes. Drain beans in colander but save 2-3 cups of the water.
Reserve a few whole beans for decoration. Place the remaining beans in the food processor. Add garlic, tahine, salt, and lemon juice and blend until well mixed. Slowly add saved water during blending until right consistency. Note: Salt might be too much - try half and then taste and add more if necessary.
Place the hummus on a flat dish, pour olive oil on top and decorate with paprika, baby pickles, and few whole beans in the center.
