Drain the corn.
Chop the bacon, green pepper and the onion.
In a bowl, mix the eggs, the sour cream. Add the salt and pepper and the Worcestershire sauce. Set aside.
In a large (VERY large) skillet start frying up the bacon. Then add the pepper, onions and corn. Once fried, and the onions have achieved translucence, slowly add the egg mixture, stirring constantly the ensure a full blending of ingredients. Stir until achieve desired consistency.
Serve.
This recipe came from an old old "camping" cookbook that has since been lost to the ages. It is passed down from family to family, through the oral tradition. Don't be afraid to experiment--how can you go wrong?
It is a family favorite, and perfect for when large family gatherings occur, such as holidays.
