Semi-sweet dark chocolate and Irish Cream liquor makes this the most decadent fudge-EVER!

1 1/2 cups butter; (3 sticks)
6 cups Sugar
2 cans (5 oz) Evaporated milk
3 each Hershey's Special Dark; 8 oz. candy bars
1/3 cup Irish Cream Liquor
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 jar marshmallow cream; (13 ounces)

Original recipe makes 1



Lightly grease 2 (13x9 inch) or 3 (8 inch square) foil pans. Mix butter, sugar and milk in heavy stock pot; bring to full rolling boil on medium-high heat stirring constantly. Continue boiling 5 minutes on medium heat stirring constantly to prevent scorching.

Remove from heat.Gradually stir in broken up candy bars until melted. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into prepared pans.

Cool at room temperature. Keep refrigerated.


Perfect for any holiday, makes three 8 inch pans, and is a favorite of kids of all ages. Melts in your mouth, and your hands!
