Suggest a better descriptionSaute onion and mushroom in butter. Add sausage and cook briefly. Spread half of rice into buttered casserole, add a layer of onion, mushroom, sausage, juice, artichoke with marinade. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with rest of rice. Pour broth over. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and cheese. Dot with extra butter.
Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
Rice may need some more flavor before adding to dish.
