This delicious homemade sauce goes well on Beef, Pork, Poultry and Seafood
Combine all the ingredients in a 2 quart saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium high heat. Simmer for 30 minutes stirring constantly. Season to taste with salt. To allow all the flavors to have time to mellow and meld together, the sauce should be prepared at least 1 day in advance (2 days would be even better) and stored in the refridgerator. The sauce will keep for several weeks in the refridgerator.
Be sure to stir constantly for the 30 minutes so that the sauce won't burn
