Condiments: hoisan sauce, hot oil chili sauce, tamarind.
Broth:
Add chicken in water (or 2 cans if beef broth).
Let the chicken come to a boil then dump the water
Place the chicken in new water along with lemon grass.
Add the meatballs in and let the water simmer for 2 hours
Ground pork:
Heat frying pan to medium heat with a splash of Olive oil
Place in minced garlic within 30 seconds put in ground pork
Add a teaspoon of salt, once the ground pork is 1/3 cooked
Add red curry, MIEN paste,cherry tomatoes.
Optional (add hot chili for spicy taste)
