Suggest a better descriptionDrain Sauerkraut, reserving half the liquid. Slice keilbasa into oblong slices. Chop onion.
In a fry pan, add kielbasa and cook until browned and most of the fat renders off. Remove from pan and set aside. Drain fat, reserving 1 tbs. Add chopped onions. Fry until starting to turn golden brown. Add sauerkraut and fry for 2 minutes. Add reserved liquid. Stir well, add the kielbasa. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, or until kraut is soft.
