Suggest a better descriptionHeat olive oil over medium-high heat in a heavy bottom skillet or cast iron. Add potatoes with salt and pepper and cook until golden brown.
In a separate skillet brown the sliced kielbasa for about 5 minutes in 1tbsp of olive oil over medium heat. Once down, set aside and add the peppers and onion to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes
Add cooked kielbasa and potatoes with the peppers and onion mixing everything together.
