Suggest a better description1. Peal the kiwis, then put the kiwis in a blender. Press the oranges and mix the juice with the blended kiwis.
2. Make a syrup with the sugar and water. Let it cool. Add the syrup to the fruit mixture. Taste the mixture, if too sweet, and a bit of lemon juice.
3. Beat the egg white au bain-marie with the icing sugar. When a meringue forms, stop cooking. Incorporate the meringue to the fruit puree.
4. Pour in container and put in freezer.
