A family favorite, this sure to please any football fan on Sunday afternoon! Tailor the heat by adjusting the amount/type of jalepenos. Easy and oh-so-yummy!
1. Brown ground beef and chopped onion; drain excess liquid/fat.
2. Assemble the dip in a 9x13 glass pan using the following layers:
Layer 1: Refriend beans
Layer 2: Ground beef/onion mixture
Layer 3: Jalapenos, 1 tsp each coriander and cumin
Layer 4: Mozzarella cheese, tomato sauce, 1 tsp cumin
Layer 5: Sour cream (dollop or spread on), chopped olives, green onions
3. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until sides are bubbly. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes (will keep it from getting watery).
