A yummy midnight snack I made from what was left in the fridge and pantry.
Mix everything in a bowl then put in on the middle of the pita. Fold the pita in half, wrap in foil and whack it in the oven @200deg Celsius for 15 mins or until you can't wait any more. Add or remove anything but the cheese is a big player
Keep tasting the mix throughout and don't burn it
