Full and flavorful, with just the right amount of lemon and spice!
1. Saute vegetables in oil until beginning to brown. Stir in flour and herbs and add chicken, lemon juice, lemon zest, tomatoes and stock. Simmer for 30 minutes.
2. Whisk in milk, sugar, white pepper, cinnamon, and salt to taste. Add wild rice and simmer for 30 minutes more.
Garnish with parsley.
