These bars have a nice citrus tang. With the oats and the brown sugar, they are a good change of pace from the traditional lemon bar that has the shortbread crust.
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease 13 x 9-inch pan. Combine sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice (I usually mix quickly in the food processor); set aside. In large bowl, combine all remaining ingredients; mix at low speed until crumbly. Press half of crumb mixture into prepared pan. Spread with lemon mixture. Crumble remaining mixture over all. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until light golden brown. (Bars will be soft.) Chill. Cut into bars. Refrigerate any leftovers. Makes 2 to 3 dozen bars. Note: can substitute all lime juice or half lime juice and half lemon juice with good results.
