Suggest a better descriptionPrepare marinade (except for cream) in a baking dish large enough to hold the pork without too much extra room. Add pork pieces, cover and refrigerate (for a minimum of 1 hour or even overnight!) Turn meat once in a while.
Preheat oven to 375? and bake covered for 20 minutes, then remove foil and continue to bake about another 10-15 minutes.
If using cream, add it just before serving, and stir sauce well.
Fantastic served with rice.
A family favourite.This recipe work really well with chicken too.
