Vegetarian Bolognese Sauce for Pastas.
Heat the oil in a large pan and genty fry the onion, garlic, carrots and celery for about 5 mins until they're soft. Add the lentils, tomatoes, tomato paste, stock, marjoram and seasoning to the pan. Bring the mixture to the boil, then partially cover with a lid and simmer for 20 mins until thick and soft. Use the sauce as required.
