Cook broccoli to tenderness. Cook rice to package instructions.
Warm oven to 325(F) degrees.
Spray casserole dish with Pam or other non-stick spray.
Mix all ingredients and place in oven for 10 mins covered with foil.
Remove foil and sprinkle lightly with shredded cheese. Place back in oven uncovered for 5 min. Enjoy.
