Suggest a better descriptionCut tofu into evenly sized 2cm square pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a wok and when it is hot, add the mince. Sir fry on high heat breaking up into little pieces as you stir it.
Add in tobanjan and fry for 30 seconds and then add the soup stock, soy sauce and sake.
Add the tofu, turn the heat down to medium and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add in the spring onions.
Mix the cornstarch with 3 tablespoons of water to make a paste. Add the cornstarch mix to the tofu and gently stir until it thickens.
Turn off the heat. Serve with rice.
