Suggest a better descriptionBoil macaroni with oil, cook about 7 minutes until tender. Drain and rinse.
Melt butter and stir into macaroni.
Add cheese, half and half and eggs to the macaroni. Mix.
Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a lightly buttered casserole dish.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over top and dot with 1 tablespoon butter.
Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
