Karins mammas gratäng
1. Koka pastan. Skölj av pastan i kallt vatten.
2. Skär kasslern i tärningar, strimla purjolök och tomater.
3. Fräs kassler, paprika och purjolök i smör. Vänd ner tomater och creme fraiche. Låt koka ihop några minuter. Blanda i mango och pasta. Smaka av med salt och peppar.
4. Häll blandningen i en smord ugnsform och strö över ost. Gratinera i ca 10-15 minuter på 200-225 grader.
