Mama's Mexican Corn Bread

Easy to make


1 cup Self raising corn meal
1 8-oz can Cream Corn or canned Mexican corn
1 cup Cheddar Cheese; grated
1/2 cup Whole Milk
1/2 cup Vegetable oil
1/3 cup Jalapeno peppers; (5 - 7), chopped

Original recipe makes 6



Mix Corn meal, corn meal,milk and oil. Spread half of mixture in greased and floured baking pan.

Cover with cheese and peppers .

Spread other half of mixture.

Bake at 350 Degrees for 45 minutes.
