Maple Lamb Casserole
To start trim fat of lamb chops.
cut up lamb chops into bite size pieces.
Cut, or dice all vegetables
Brown all ingredients before placing in casserole dish.
Place these ingredients into a casserole dish.
Add cans of tomatoes and soup, you can also use fresh diced tomatoes.
Pour in the rest of the ingredients \ sauces.
cook in oven for 45 min at 200,220 c
Serve with mash potatoes or rice and enjoy add salt and pepper to taste
Make sure to pre fry lamb and vegies.
