Mapo Tofu
This private recipe can be shared with this url .Take the cubbed tofu and cook it in boiling water for 2 mins, after it is cooked drain it and set it aside. Cook the ground pork. Once the pork is cooked add the tofu back in along with the chicken broth, garlic, green onions, black bean sauce, soy sauce, salt, pepper, sesame oil and the hot oil and stir until everything is mixed. Bring mixture to a boil then let turn down heat and let it simmer for 5-10 mins (I like to let is simmer longer closer to 20 mins). Bring it back to a boil and add corn starch and water mixture and mix it in until you have a nice thick texture. Serve over rice and enjoy!
