Delicious marinara sauce

"Great base for seafood linguini. Add 1 small Birdseye chili to Garlic and parsley for real zing and to complement the creamy consistency of the sauce"


Ingredients

Are you making this? 
6 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup Butter
3 large Garlic; cloves
1 tbsp Parsley; flakes
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
6 cup Tomatoes; peeled (3 cans)
1 tbsp Oregano
2 tbsp Tomato paste

Original recipe makes 3

Servings  

Preparation

Combine olive oil, butter in sauce pan.

Chop garlic and parsely together and add.

cook for 5 minutes.

Then, add salt, pepper. Drain tomatoes and chop solids. Add tomatoes and oregano to sauce.

Cook slowly for 30 minutes. Add tomato paste to thicken as you will. Stir and remove from heat.
