This Mediterranean Olive Spread recipe is a customer favorite. It's super easy, delicious and really diverse! We tried to put a new twist on a classic pickle roll up recipe.
Mix all ingredients together, adjusting seasonings to taste.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
MEDITERRANEAN OLIVE & PICKLE ROLL UPS
1- 8 oz package of deli turkey, pastrami or ham
1/2 cup of Mediterranean Olive Spread
6 Dill pickles of choice
Pat the meat dry with a paper towel. Spread meat with Olive Spread.
Place a pickle on top of the olive spread and roll up tightly. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for a couple hours. Cut pieces just before serving. Make the day ahead to allow the flavors to mingle.
