Suggest a better descriptionBoil pasta. Reserve 1 cup water for sauce.
Set out grill and vegan sausage. In large skillet saute onion & garlic. Season w/salt & pepper. Add vegetable broth, butter, & lemon juice.
Stir in artichokes & cook until brown. Add olives & half tomatoes & cook until they break down.
Add pasta to skillet. Stirn in remaining tomatoes, nutritional yeast & basil. Thin with reserved pasta water, if necessary.
Serve.
