Preheat oven to 450 or grill to med high
Center Cauliflowerettes, broccoli, and carrots on the foil. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
Combine olive oil, garlic & oregano ; pour over vegetables. Top with ice cubes.
Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal making one large packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
Bake 25-30 mins on a cookie sheet in oven or 9-11 min in covered grill.
Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar just befor eserving.
