One of my top three recipes ever. Never fails.
Combine chocolate chips and microwave on high for 3 minutes stirring halfway through at 1-1/2 minute. Remove and stir until all lumps are melted. Add milk and nuts. Stir until creamy. Add vanilla and pour into a 8 x 8 pan. Cool and cut into 1 inch squares, serve.
