Suggest a better descriptionCrumble beef into 1-quart casserole. Add onion and garlic. Cook uncovered about 6 minutes, stirring to break up meat. Add remaining ingredients (break up tomatoes with fork or potato masher). Cook, covered, about 15 minutes until mixture is well blended and slightly thickened. Let stand 5 minutes.
