Suggest a better descriptionIn a large mixer bowl, combine cake mix, water, oil and eggs; beat on medium-high speed 2 minutes. Stir in mincemeat. Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch fluted or tube pan. Bake at 350? F 45 to 60 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely. In a small mixer bowl, combine egg nog and topping mix; beat on high speed 4 minutes or until soft peaks form. Serve topping over cake slices. Refrigerate leftover topping.
