Mixed Berries and Banana Smoothie

Ready in 45 minutes

If you don't care for the raspberry seeds you can strain smoothie through fine mesh strainer


1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1/4 cup orange juice
2 teaspoons honey
splash pineapple juice; optional
2 tablespoons wheat germ; optional

Original recipe makes 1 Serving



Mix all ingredients in blender.

Thin out with additional orange juice and/or pineapple juice if too thick for your liking.

You can also strain through a fine mesh strainer if you don't care for raspberry seeds
