Double chocolate tart wraps a peanut caramel and chocolate center in this cookie that uses a Snickers Bar filling.
In medium bowl, combine flour, cocoa and baking soda; mix well. Stir in chocolate chips.
In large bowl, combine 1/2 cup Splenda Granulated, 1/2 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend and shortening; beat until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs; beat well. Add flour mixture; blend well. If necessary, cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate 30 minutes for easier handling.
Heat oven to 350?F. Scoop about 1 tablespoon dough into mini tart papers. Press dough together making a well in the center. Cut candy bar into 10 pieces. Place each piece into center well of tart.
Bake at 350?F. for 5 to 6 minutes or until set. Cool 2 minutes. Top each center with 1/2 teaspoon chopped peanuts. Cool on wire rack for 15 minutes or until completely cooled.
