Cut each bisquit into quarters. Mix sugars and 1 teas. cinnamon. Dip each quarter into this mix. Line around bundt pan. (Ungreased) Pour remainder over top. Mix and sprinkle over top. Cut 1/4 lb. margarine into slices and place on top.
Bake 325 for 1/2 hour.
