1. Preheat oven to 180'C. Line a brownie or slice tray with baking paper. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
2. Spoon the mixture evenly into tray. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
3. Allow to cool before cutting. Store in an airtight container in the pantry.
