Perfect sauce for any cut of beef, would even be a great twist to the normal burger on the grill.
In large skillet melt butter on medium heat. Place meat of your choice in skillet allowing it to brown for 30-60 seconds on each side depending on the cut of meat. Remove steak from pan and set aside covered at room temperature. Sauté mushrooms, onions and garlic until mushrooms are tender. Add Wine to skillet, place burner on high scrapping the bottom of the skillet with a spatula to fuse the juices from the meat and butter with the wine. Once the Wine begins to boil make sure to continue to stir until the wine is reduced by half then drop heat to medium. Add beef broth and stir, place the temperature back on high until the mixture begins to boil, allow to boil for a minute then reduce heat to medium. Add heavy cream, increase heat and allow to boil for 1 minute and then reduce heat. One by one add heat ingredient on medium heat allowing each ingredient to fuse with the sauce until all ingredients are added. Once all are added increase heat to high just long enough to bring to a boil one last time allow to boil for a moment then reduce the temp to warm or remove from heat.
If you would like a thicker sauce add all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon as a time until sauce is to desired thickness.
