Crunchy and good - most like the commercial ones
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F convection.
Cream the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl..
Add the egg and vanilla and mix well.
Combine the flour and powder and mix in.
Using the tiniest ice cream scoop known to man (or a ? tsp measuring spoon), scoop the dough onto a cookie sheet. Drop onto parchment paper on cookie baking sheet. Flatten slightly.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown around edges and light brown on top. Remove from oven and place on cooling rack.
