1.)Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt together in a bowl.
2.)Melt the margarine and pour into a bowl.
3.)Mix in the water and the beaten egg and stir well.
4.)Stir it in to the dry ingredients and continue to fold them in until fully incorporated.
5.)Heat the skillet or griddle and lubricate with vegetable oil or cooking spray.
6.)Pour batter to heated surface and make 5-inch rounds cooking on medium-high heat.
7.)Flip sides to cook both sides to golden brown.
