Suggest a better descriptionPlace all ingredients except the oats in a large pot and bring to a slow boil. Add oats to boiling mixture and stir until thoroughly mixed. Remove immediately from heat; cover and set aside.
When cool enough to handle, knead mixture with hands and shape into patties. Place on oiled baking dishes or stainless steel cookie sheets and bake for 15 minutes on each side.
