Suggest a better description1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package directions. Drain, rinse with cold water and return to pot. 2. While pasta cooks, spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat. Add pork. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring often, until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet. 3. Spray skillet again. Add bell pepper and carrots. Stir over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes, until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in corn and scallions. 4. Mix remaining ingredients until well blended. Stir into skillet and bring to a boil. Boil 30 seconds, or until thickened and clear. 5. Stir in pasta and pork.
