Combine first 6 ingredients and 1/4 cup oleo. Put in 9 x 13 pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Before baking, stir 1/4 cup oleo into crumbs and sprinkle on top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, uncovered.
