Italian Christmas Cake
1. Add ingredients in the sequence mentioned
into the Baking Mould of the Bread Machine.
2. Set the Bread Machine on:
Programme: 4 (SWEET),
Weight: 750 GRAMS,
Browning Level: LIGHT,
and start the machine
by pressing Start/Stop button (B).
3. When the signal tone sounds about 45 minutes
after starting, the machine will be kneading
the dough for the second time, and
you must open the lid to add the dried fruits,
while the machine continues kneading.
Close the lid.
4. Bread is finished after approximately
3 hours in total.
