Nona's pasta sauce
Saute onion in olive oil until light brown then add parsley and carrot Cook for a minute or so and add ground beef. Brown until no pink. Add 1 can tomato sauce and 1 can water. Season with pepper and cinnamon. Bring to boil and simmer 2 to 2-1/2 hours.
