Very good and easy pasta dish with chicken in a curry, wine and cream sauce. Very simple to make
Pour olive oil in heated pan and add butter.
Sauté onions till soft, add crushed red pepper, thyme, black pepper, garlic and salt.
Cook about 2 minutes then add the wine. Cook on medium high for about 8 minutes.
Next add the half and half and curry powder.
Bring to a slight boil, cover and reduce heat.
Cook pasta according to packing in salted water.
Drain pasta, place in 4 bowls, spoon sauce over, sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese
Enjoy.
