Suggest a better descriptionfrom "Goin Nuts" ...a variation of pecan pie.... Heat oven to 375?. In large bowl, combine eggs, corn syrup, sugar, salt, butter & vanilla. Blend well at medium speed. Stir in peanuts & coconut. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375? for 35-45min or til crust is golden. Cool thoroughly for several hours. Serve w/ whipped cream or vanilla ice cream, if desired.
