2. Blend cheese (Ricotta) , marjoram, salt, and pepper
3. Boil pasta
4. toss tomato mixture in hot skillet when mixture is hot stir in ricotta cheese
5. add pasta to mixture
6. Serve with grated cheese
Serve with fresh Ciabetta Bread. Brush tomatoes, basil, and olive oil if desired.
