1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.

3. Add flour; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
4. Stir in broth and cream.
5. Cook, stirring frequently, until sauce boils and thickens.
6. Add parsley, salt, pepper and cheese; stir until cheese is melted. Add sun-dried tomatoes (optional).
7. Toss hot pasta with sauce; serve immediately.
