Sterilize 6 16oz ball jars
place everything except the sugar in a large sauce pan and bring to a rolling boil
quickly add sugar, return to a rolling boil and boil for 1 minute
pour in to jars
recommend pressure canning from here - follow your pressure canners directions, process for 5-10 minutes
