Suggest a better description1. Cook pasta as directed on the box
2. While pasta cooks sauté cubed chicken. When it is almost cooked add tomatoes and mushrooms.
3. When pasta has 4 minutes left to cook add white wine to chicken and reduce for 2 minutes.
4. Add heavy cream to the chicken and reduce for 2 minutes.
5. Add pesto and stir well.
6. Drain pasta and add to chicken mix. Let stand for 2 minutes to soak up the pesto sauce.
7. Plate and top with shredded Parmesan.
