Simple, easy, and healthy chicken wraps. One of our favorites!
1) Cut up and fry chicken in pan (then set aside and clean pan)
2) on lavash bread spread the pesto mix. I put around approx 2 tablespoons of pesto on each wrap.
3) Place 2 slices of Provolone on each wrap
3) Place a handful of spinach on each wrap
4) Slice around 8 of the small tomatoes and place on each wrap
5) Add approx 1 breast of chicken to each wrap
6) Roll the wrap and hold it close by piercing it with one tooth pick
7) Fry wraps in the clean pan with lid. Cook on medium heat. Take out tooth picks and flip wraps to cook on other side. Cook each side for approx 4 minutes.
