Mix sugar and water in a microwave resistant container and heat for 5-7 minutes until you get a thick brown caramel texture. Pour mix into a baking pan and let cool. Heat the oven- 350 f. Use a baking pan double boiler style to cook the flan mix. Mix the eggs, pineapple, condensed milk and coconut milk- incorporate very well. Pour the ingredients into the baking pan containing the caramel. Place into the oven for 1 hour. Let cool and refrigerate before serving,
