Easy to make
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray large casserole dish with non-stick cooling spray. Boil noodles, drain. While noodles are boiling, brown beef, salt and pepper, drain. Mix tomato sauce, water, tomato soup and oregano into beef. Remove from heat and add pepperoni and noodles. Alternate noodle mixture and mozzarella cheese in the large casserole dish starting with noodles and ending with the mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake for 1 hour, removing cover the last 15 minutes.
